As a Sponsor
A Sponsor is a company/business who will ultimately change the life of an ex-offender by funding an individual on to our employment guarantee programme.
As a Participating Employer
A Participating Employer would agree to give an interview for a vacancy they may have. All information about the interviewee will be made available to you. If they are successful, it is by their own merit and ability alone, we never ask for positions.
Supporting A Tempus Novo Case Worker/Mentor
A Tempus Novo Case Worker Supporter could fund the salary of a Case Worker/Mentor. This employee would help the graduates/service users to find sustainable employment, and also mentor them throughout and after employment is gained.
