Amazing to witness just how busy the office has been today. We have had five lads in at different times, prepping them for job interview at one of our corporate partners in logistics. Paul and Lauren have worked tirelessly to ensure the day has run smoothly including ferrying the lads to and from interview, and even sitting in with those who felt a little nervous. Seeing the faces of the lads prior to leaving our office for interview gave me the buzz back and reminded me just “why” we do what we do. One young lad Ashley was close to tears as he told me how he had almost given up hope until he came across us.To think we are literally giving fellow human beings a lifeline is so humbling and rewarding. All of the years I spent in the jail barking orders and keeping order have helped me to understand that this was likely a necessary part of the journey which has led to the creation of something quite special in Tempus Novo. Understanding the needs of our client group is important, but even more important is we have to want to understand them!
