Tempus Novo is Expanding!

Since the launch of our rehabilitation model, we have been doing our best to spread word of our work far and wide. We’re delighted to announce that our model has now extended from God’s Own Country of Yorkshire to Milton-Keynes and the Midlands, thanks to our new Operations Directors for both areas, Olivia and Ross.

Olivia is the Operations Director for the South East and joined Tempus Novo in 2022. Olivia graduated from the University of Manchester in 2019 and joined the Prison Services Unlocked Graduates Scheme. She spent over two years at HMYOI Aylesbury but was surprised by the lack of opportunities for serving prisoners to improve their life chances, and so turned to Tempus Novo for some advice. With a passion for changing lives and strong beliefs in the importance of rehabilitation, Olivia now works as the Operations Manager in the Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire area.

Ross is the Operations Director for the Midlands and has extensive experience within Welfare to Work, Recruitment and Learning & Development industries. He has worked across Traineeships, Apprenticeships and many different Government funded programmes to support and guide different demographics into sustainable outcomes. Ross firmly believes in the Tempus Novo model, and is determined to build on the great work that TN are doing to remove the stigmas attached to ex-offenders by moving them into employment and ultimately changing lives for the better.

We’re delighted to have Olivia and Ross heading up these new ‘hubs’. This is only the beginning for our expansion!
