A phone call to one of our lads at work today revealed that another TN graduate at the same company had blobbed. We needed to find out why and so rung the absentee immediately. He was shocked to receive the call and said “I’m genuinely ill but how did you know?”. The caller reminded him how important it is to turn up every day and how a casual approach will lose him his job. He was quite taken back but appreciated the advice and said he understands.
Another call to his boss to say we had spoken to the absentee and offered some good advice will hopefully help both parties for the future. This is just one example of how far we go to give the best possible service to both client and employer.
