Tempus Novo

After a phone call from a women’s refuge centre in Halifax asking if we worked with female offenders, we exercised the flexibility of our model and made it happen. Wendy who served her sentence in New Hall prison near Wakefield, was interviewed and risk assessed as with all our prospective graduates, and passed. Two weeks later we had an interview lined up and this week she started in her new fulltime role with a local employer. Further proof that there is a desire amongst Yorkshire businesses to "do things differently" when looking to recruit and in doing so give someone a second chance in life.
