From Purple Futures (CRC) to Brighter Futures
Our partnership with the probation teams is quite literally changing lives! So far this year, together with West Yorkshires private probation provider “Purple Futures” we have managed 25 ex offenders (50% of our total so far) in to sustainable employment, and by any standard this is an incredible achievement. The dedication of the staff supporting these people on their journeys is commendable and it certainly doesn’t happen without total commitment.
In some cases securing the job is the easy part? The real hard work is in keeping someone there for the long term, and this is where our partnership excels!
A special thanks to the CRC manager Nick Hawley, who despite a lot of panic around GDPR managed to keep everyone calm and therefore information flowing.
