Simon’s Work Ethic Shines Through

So it’s a year now since Simon started at Nationwide Window Cleaning and with the exception of one minor “bump in the road” he has been outstanding.

His work ethic and loyalty have both stood out and in fact it has been mentioned that out of 320 window cleaners, Simon is considered by his bosses to be in the top 3 hardest workers!

Kev Dooley Operations Director for NWC gave Simon a chance and hasn’t looked back. Further evidence that many of our ex-offender employees go on to be assets in the company. Great to hear also that because of his commitment and dedication he has now been put forward for the employee of the year at NWC.
