Generous Donation from the Charles Plater Trust

We wouldn't be able to change the number of lives we change if it wasn't for our generous funders and supporters.

Recently, we received a generous donation of £50,000 from the Charles Plater Trust. This significant contribution supports us in our continued growth to support more people, prisons and places when it comes to the rehabilitation of those serving or finishing a prison sentence.

The Charles Plater Trust is an independent Catholic grant-making charity dedicated to enabling those who serve the common good to have an even greater impact. With a strong commitment to building social justice in the UK, the trust directs its resources towards funding organisations that work to reduce poverty, exclusion, social and economic injustices, and empower people of faith to exercise leadership within their communities. Additionally, the trust supports research endeavors aimed at improving public policy.

The kind donation not only provides vital financial support but serves as a reminder that there are individuals and organisations willing to invest in a rehabilitation model that benefits individuals, business and society as a whole.

When asked about the impact of the Charles Plater Trust's donation, our CEO, Steve, shared his gratitude and excitement for the future. He stated, "CPT funding will further our mission to remove barriers to employment for people with convictions. This funding will allow us to help so many more people, and in doing so, the partnership will have a positive impact on society in so many ways. Having a good job means more than a salary to an ex-offender, it means stability, security, the feeling of self-worth, and the ability to support your family. Put simply, it's life-changing."
