At Tempus Novo, we take immense pride in welcoming passionate and dedicated individuals to our team, and Ross is no exception! As the Operations Manager of our Midlands sector, he has wasted no time in making a significant impact and in solidifying our presence in the area.
We spoke with Ross to hear about his experience at Tempus Novo so far, and his words truly resonated with our mission and values:
“Working at TN, everyday I have a feeling that I have never had before. Guiding people towards positive outcomes and changing lives has always been the focal point of my career, my passion, but I’ve never seen anyone do it like Tempus Novo do."

"Throughout my nearly five months here, I can honestly say that it just gets better week on week. Every day is a school day and I am still learning as I move forward, but I feel I have already picked up a lot and can power on to make even more of an impact across the Midlands and beyond."
