Richard Cowlishaw Appointed as Executive Director

We are thrilled to announce that Richard Cowlishaw has joined Tempus Novo as Executive Director, becoming an integral part of our executive team. Having spent the past few years as our Vice President, Richard is already embedded within our team here at Tempus Novo, but his appointment as Executive Director marks a pivotal moment in our journey as we continue to experience significant growth, with demand from businesses reaching unprecedented levels.
Richard brings with him a remarkable career history, particularly in his advocacy for the recruitment of ex-offenders into real jobs. His passion for our mission and his understanding of the Tempus Novo model were evident during his time at Clipper Logistics PLC, where he employed over 300 ex-offenders, transforming their lives and contributing to the success of the company.
Furthermore, Richard's corporate HR career spans over 30 years, during which he has operated across various industry sectors both nationally and globally. His extensive business and commercial acumen will undoubtedly play an important role in strategically advancing our ambitions at a national level.
