BAM! A Win-Win for Josh and His New Employers.
“They’ve got me for as long as they want me!”
Josh Wilks started at BAM Nuttall on 28th September and last week we visited him on site.
Reports from Ronnie Graham the Works Manager and Dean Sharpe the Site Foreman are that Josh is fitting in extremely well and is definitely a valued member of the team.
Kath, Josh’s caseworker was impressed on arrival being fitted out in all the PPE required on site and thought Josh and Dean were going to get her digging trenches!
Josh was acting as gateman for crucial embankment repairs being carried out as part of the flood defence scheme on the river Aire in Leeds. Josh is really happy with the opportunity and stated “They’ve got me for as long as they want me!”. It’s really evident that Josh is eager and willing to progress within Bam Nuttall, having lots of respect and admiration for the company and its staff. We are hopefully this is the start of a long career for Josh.
