Best in category for Justice UK

Tempus Novo attended the Centre for Social Justice Awards in London and collected the award for “Best in category for Justice UK”.

It was made extra special because one of our superstar employees/graduates Richard Welsh went with us.

Richard a little over 3 years ago was a Prolific Offender and the local police wanted to know his every move. Since working with TN he has gone from strength to strength (although not without issues) and is now a much more confident young man who is proud to be able to support his family.

From walking the landings of Armley jail for a decade to sharing a room with politicians, journalists and philanthropists really is some journey, and a journey he should be proud of! To see him up on the stage with the Justice Secretary David Gauke was a proud moment for our team who have supported him, and then to see other people’s admiration for what he has achieved was so heart warming. Knowing that by helping the likes of Richard find and sustain work is having a positive impact not only on him, but his family and the wider community is “why” we do what we do.
